Guidelines ensuring fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction
A reservation with Havi Indonesia is considered confirmed once an official invoice has been issued and the required deposit payment has been received.
Invoices are valid for 24 hours. If the deposit payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking request may be automatically released.
To secure a booking, customers must pay a 50% deposit of the agreed total tour price.
The deposit allows Havi Indonesia to secure operational arrangements including accommodations, transportation, tour guides, and other logistics.
Once the deposit is received, the reservation is considered confirmed and becomes subject to the cancellation policy.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the tour departure date.
Bookings made within 14 days of departure require full payment at the time of confirmation.
All cancellations must be submitted through official communication channels of Havi Indonesia.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds may be reduced due to bank transfer fees, currency conversion costs, or non-refundable third-party reservations.
Havi Indonesia reserves the right to adjust schedules, itineraries, accommodations, or transportation when necessary due to operational reasons, safety considerations, weather conditions, or government regulations.
Whenever possible, comparable alternatives will be provided.
