General Terms

  • Havi Indonesia operates solely as a transportation and tour service provider and is not responsible for events or circumstances beyond its control.
  • All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and acceptance by Havi Indonesia.
  • Clients are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions once a booking is confirmed.
  • Havi Indonesia reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at any time for safety, operational, or legal reasons.
  • Prices, schedules, and services are subject to change without prior notice due to operational requirements, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all booking information and for complying with applicable laws and regulations during their use of the service .

Booking & Payment

  • A minimum down payment of 50% is required to secure any booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before the departure date.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in automatic booking cancellation.

Cancellation & Changes

  • Cancellation and refund policies strictly follow the rules stated on the Policy page .
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via official WhatsApp or registered email and are subject to confirmation by Havi Indonesia.
  • No refunds shall be provided outside the conditions stated in the Cancellation Policy.
  • Schedule or route changes must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and approval.
  • Changes requested less than 7 days before departure may result in additional charges or service adjustments.
  • Havi Indonesia reserves the right to modify schedules or routes due to operational, safety, or force majeure conditions.
  • Failure to appear at the agreed meeting point or time shall be considered a no-show and may result in full charge.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must follow all safety instructions and guidance provided by drivers, tour guides, or staff at all times.
  • Any damage caused to vehicles, equipment, or facilities will be charged to the responsible passenger.
  • Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
  • Smoking, drinking alcohol, or using illegal substances on vehicles or during tours is strictly prohibited.
  • Passengers must remain seated and wear seatbelts while vehicles are in motion.
  • Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or harassment toward staff or fellow passengers will not be tolerated.
  • Littering or leaving personal items behind in vehicles, hotels, or tour sites is prohibited; passengers are expected to dispose of waste responsibly.
  • Passengers must arrive on time for departures and check-in; delays caused by late arrivals may incur additional charges.
  • Any special needs or medical conditions must be communicated in advance to ensure proper assistance.
  • Havi Indonesia reserves the right to refuse service or remove passengers who fail to comply with these responsibilities.

Service Limitations

  • Havi Indonesia is not responsible for delays or changes caused by traffic, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
  • Vehicle replacement may occur at any time due to technical issues, maintenance requirements, or operational needs.
  • Service schedules and durations may change due to road conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Havi Indonesia is not liable for any personal inconvenience, missed connections, or additional expenses resulting from delays or service changes.
  • Special requests, route modifications, or additional stops may be subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
  • Passengers are responsible for monitoring announcements and updates regarding schedule changes or service adjustments.
  • Havi Indonesia reserves the right to modify or suspend services temporarily without prior notice when necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

Force Majeure

  • Force majeure refers to events beyond the reasonable control of Havi Indonesia, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, accidents, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, acts of terrorism, or government actions and regulations.
  • In the event of force majeure, Havi Indonesia shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, losses, damages, or additional expenses incurred by passengers.
  • Havi Indonesia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel services entirely when affected by force majeure, without prior notice.
  • Passengers are responsible for monitoring official updates and instructions provided by Havi Indonesia during force majeure events.
  • Havi Indonesia has no obligation whatsoever to refund, compensate, or provide any reimbursement under force majeure conditions.

Insurance

  • All tour and transportation packages offered by Havi Indonesia do not include travel or personal insurance.
  • Clients are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage if required.
  • Some attractions or activities may include participant insurance provided by the attraction operator.
  • Any insurance coverage provided by third-party attractions is subject to their own terms and conditions.
  • Havi Indonesia shall not be held liable for any incidents or losses that could be covered by insurance.

Agreement

  • By making a booking with Havi Indonesia, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated on this page.
  • Clients acknowledge and agree to the Cancellation Policy, including refund terms, as stated on the Policy page.
  • Clients confirm that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.
  • Clients agree that failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in service refusal or booking cancellation without refund.
  • Havi Indonesia reserves the right to refuse service to any client who violates these terms or engages in unsafe or unlawful behavior.
  • Havi Indonesia shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond its control.
  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants included in the booking.
  • Havi Indonesia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

( This policy applies after down payment )

  • Within 1 week after down payment :  100% refund
  • After 1 week up to 7 days before departure :  50% refund
  • Within 7 days before departure :  No Refund
